Sandeep Lamichhane has been a major attraction for Nepali viewers for the ongoing Indian Premier League 2019. His second stint with Delhi Capitals is appreciated by many Nepali fans.
However, Lamichhane is yet to give a satisfactory performance in the league. He was dropped in the opening two matches of the league but was included in all four matches there after. In the four matches he played, he had bowled his all 16 overs and had spent 134 runs in the course. He had grabbed 5 wickets in that 16 overs.
He grabbed a wicket in his first match against Kolkata, two wickets in the second match against Punjab and another 1-1 wicket in matches against Banglore and Hyderabad.
Lamichhane is currently at the 18th position of highest wicket taker in IPL 2019. In the last match he played, he conceded a massive 46 runs and could be dropped in Delhi’s next match on 12th April.
