Sagar and Asif’s Kuala Lumpur undefeated in Malaysian Premier League

Nepali duo Sagar Pun and Asif Sheikh are playing for Kuala Lumpur in ongoing Malaysian Premier League in Malaysia. In a five teams league, Kuala Lumpur are on the top of the table with 12 points from 6 matches. They have managed to grab maximum points from their all games.  Kuala Lumpur will be the campion of the Malaysia Premier League if they managed to win their one of the two remaining matches.

In the league, which was played in double round robin format, Kuala Lumpur won all their six games which also includes two Nepali Players. Sagar Pun and Asif Sheikh has been very important part of the team and they have helped the team win all those games. In tha last match played, Sagar Pun scored 34 runs and Asif Sheikh socred 35* runs which sealed an easy win over Malaysian Armed Forces.

Malaysian Armed Forces are currently at the second position of the table with 12 points, inferior that Kuala Lumpur in net run rate. However, Malaysian Armed Forces has played their all matches (Eight) and Kuala Lumpur has two of them left. So, if Kuala Lumpur losses the both remaining matches with high margin, then only Malaysian Armed Forces will be the champion.
