Nepali football team leaves for 10-days training camp in Thailand

The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) bade farewell to Nepali football team for a 10-days training camp in Thailand. After completing the training camp, Nepali team will fly to Indonesia to take part in Asia Games. The Asian Games consists of U-23 players. However, in the training camp, all the senior players are also included.

Sports Minister Jagat Bishwokarma, ANFA president Karma Tsering Sherpa and other officials were there in the farewell program. The Asian Games is slated from August 14 in Indonesia. Nepal are in group D along with Japan, Vietnam and Pakistan. Soon after the completion of the Asian Games, Nepali team will also take part in SAFF Championship scheduled to begin from September 4 in Bangladesh.
