Nepal U19 team will begin their World Cup Qualification campaign from April 12 with one and only aim to play in ICC U19 World Cup 2020.
11 Full Members and Nigeria from Africa Qualifier had already booked their place in the mega event and are left with one team to join them. That one team will be among Kuwait, Malaysia, Nepal, Oman, Singapore and the UAE.
The winner of Asia Qualifier will join those 12 teams in the ICC U19 World Cup 2020 in South Africa. The Asia Qualifiers will begin from 12th April in Malaysia. A total of 15 matches will be played across three venues in the Kuala Lumpar area – Kinrara Oval, Bayuemas Oval and Selangor Turf Club.
Nepal will take on Singapore in their first match of the campaign on 12th April at Selangor Turf Club. Similarly, the second math will be played against UAE, third against Malaysia, the fourth against Oman before playing their last match against Kuwait on 18.
Nepali team will be led by World Record holder Rohit Kumar Paudel.
